I especially love how Cas is so accepting of the hand, compared to, say, when Anna touches his hand, or Chuck’s hand on his shoulder in the kitchen scene. Here, though. Here, he doesn’t flinch, doesn’t even look down at Dean’s hand. He’s just happy it’s there.
